Chef Ana Morales Takes Helm at The Shoreditch in Williamsburg
Chef Ana Morales has been named executive chef at The Shoreditch, a British-inspired gastropub in Williamsburg. Morales previously led the kitchen at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Manhattan.
Under her leadership, The Shoreditch plans to update its menu to include more modern British dishes with seasonal ingredients. Morales expressed interest in maintaining the gastropub’s casual vibe while elevating the food quality.
The Shoreditch’s owner stated that Morales’ experience and culinary vision align with their goals to attract both neighborhood patrons and destination diners. The new menu is expected to debut in late May.
