Chelsea Restaurant La Tavola Updates Menu with Seasonal Italian Dishes

La Tavola in Chelsea has refreshed its menu to highlight spring ingredients from local farms. Changes include a new asparagus and ricotta ravioli and a lamb ragù with fresh herbs.

Chef Marco Bianchi said the menu update focuses on lighter fare suitable for warmer weather while preserving traditional Italian techniques. Several desserts have also been adjusted with seasonal fruits.

The restaurant continues to offer its popular wine pairings and plans to introduce weekly specials based on market availability.
