New Vegan Spot ‘GreenFork’ Opens in Harlem

GreenFork, a new vegan restaurant, opened this week on Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem. The menu features plant-based versions of classic comfort foods, including vegan burgers, mac and cheese, and desserts. The owner, Jasmine Lee, emphasized locally sourced ingredients and community engagement as key components of the business. GreenFork adds to Harlem’s growing selection of plant-based dining options. The restaurant operates seven days a week for lunch and dinner service.
